Fishing Lake Palestine in November and December

Bass will be good on your points using Carolina rigs and my world famous Shimmy Shakers and Texas Rigs.
Fish Carolina rigs on the points and fish your Texas rigs under docks.
Crappie will be good under the 155 bridge on both jigs and minnows.
Crappie will also be very good along the river using live scope and jigs.
White bass can be found on the 155 bridges.
Catfish are good on baited holes along the river 14ft depth using night crawlers.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Sep. 17)

FAIR. Water stained; 87 degrees; 0.08 feet below pool. Catfish are biting cut bait and fresh shad. Sand bass, and hybrids are biting early morning late evening on spoons and spinnerbaits. Crappie are biting in deep water around docks and brush piles on minnows. The lake is steadily dropping a little everyday, but the water is fairly clear.
